Front of House - The Ickworth
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £22,880 Per Annum Plus Service Charge
We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at The Ickworth Hotel - Part of Luxury Family Hotels.
We are looking for someone who can work Full Time 40 hours per week, over 5 shifts. Rate of pay is £22,880 Per Annum Plus Service Charge
Role
As Hotel Receptionist your core purpose will be :
Welcoming guests and conducting a full check in/check out: Ensuring check in and check out is timely and smooth and guests are shown to their hotel rooms personally and given a tour of their room and explanation of the hotel and its facilities.
Be the point of contact for all guest queries: Ensure you are able to communicate in a genuine way to answer all guest queries and showcase your knowledge of the hotel facilities and activities and are able to share information about the local area.
Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!
Your ability to make connections, graciousness, courage and your individuality is welcomed and celebrated here at LFH.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working with Opera is beneficial
- Charisma, Engaging personality and passion for hospitality and providing great service to our guests.
- Ability to interact with all guests and ability to have fun and engage with our younger guests.
