Job description
We are looking for someone friendly and enthusiastic to join our reception team.
Their main duties will consist of:
- Checking in health club members
- Answering queries and questions
- Taking and redirecting calls
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to assist them with daily tasks
- Liaising with other departments
- Engaging with members and guests in a positive and helpful manner
- Cash handling and till transactions
- Daily administrative tasks
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £7.35-£10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Broxbourne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
