Receptionist - £12p/hour + TRONC

Who are we?

We are Swingers - the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a Receptionist to join our amazing team. We have permanent Full Time and Part Time roles available, something to suit everyone!

We have two incredible venues that combine crazy golf, street food and cocktails, what's not to love? Both venues have two fun nine-hole crazy golf courses, private hire areas, street food vendors and high-quality cocktail bars!

In Short, what will I be doing?

  • Ensuring all Guests are greeted in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Managing reservations ensuring that the tee-offs are processing accurately.
  • Communicating effectively with team members across all departments.
  • Managing the event feedback, before, during and after all events.

So, what are we looking for?

  • A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist preferably in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Someone with a positive attitude to teamwork, who loves hospitality as much as we do!
  • Someone with amazing communication and organisational skills.
