Job description
PURPOSE:
Ensure the accurate processing and monitoring of customer orders, effective planning and arrangement of shipment within the agreed timescales, in keeping with all Order to Cash procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as key point of contact for all Customer orders, escalating issues to the relevant Customer Service Analyst when required
- Collate and issue the shipping documentation required by each customer in an accurate and timely manner to allow for all goods to be cleared on arrival in market without delay or additional costs
- Ensure that E1 and Connect are updated in a timely manner to ensure that systems are in synch
- Support the Customer Service Analyst by daily down dating customer forecasts highlighting any demand variances
- Responsible for the review of production plans, ensuring they are in line with order request dates to meet the arranged vessels, escalating to relevant CS Analyst when all available actions have been exhausted
- During Restage/ NPD/LOI and Batch update activity, be responsible for ensuring that all stock of exiting packs, including shared general export skills and all base packs have been fully utilised before shipping new.
- Responsible for the data management in Connect by keeping skills and standing data updated in line with JDE (E1) product lifecycle procedures
- Support the Customer Service Analyst in the completion of the monthly Supply Review reports and be responsible for issuing to the customer
- Support the Customer Service Analyst in the completion of the monthly KPI reports
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of export procedures and the documentation required for smooth importation, ensuring Customer Master Files are regularly updated to reflect latest market requirements
- Act as key point of contact for the preparation and issuing of the documents required for Market registration
- Provide support to other team members as required, both within own geographic team and across wider CS team

- Communicate effectively with Key Stakeholders as appropriate, e.g. Customers, Carriers /Agents, all CBL functions.
