Meridian Hotel Group Limited manages The Trouville Hotel, which is an 81-bedroom hotel, with restaurant, bar and conference & banqueting facilities. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Bournemouth town centre.

We are looking for people to work in our hotel Restaurant and Bar.

Duties of the role include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests during their stay
• Serving food in the restaurant
• Serving drinks behind the bar and offering table service
• Taking payments
• General cleaning duties
• Setting up the restaurant and function rooms ready for service

Ideally you will have previous experience in a bar or restaurant, but full training will be given.

There are a range of shift days and times available, including breakfast and lunch shifts and evenings and weekends.

The rate of pay offered for the position is £9.50 per hour.
