Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly team at East Brighton Community Mental Health Centre (EBCMHC).
The role will be Tues/Weds/Thurs 8.30am-5pm (3 days - this is not negotiable) on our main reception at EBCMHC. There is a second receptionist who works alongside this post during the busiest hours of 10am-2pm. This is a busy role and will encompass tasks such as; greeting visitors, checking in appointments, phone calls, emails, deliveries, post, unlocking & locking up etc.
Full training will be given for this post.

- Handling reception and various tasks as stated above
- Referring to 'Carenotes' to checking client appointments when needed
- handling room bookings for the building and resulting issues
- Working on multiple systems

to provide a comprehensive range of reception duties. To liaise with other departments and services to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, staff and other agencies. to consistently deliver a client focused service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
