Hybrid working - 2 days per week in our office in Barnstaple, North Devon (Wednesday and Thursday)

Accord is an award-winning, proudly independent performance marketing agency, but what makes us stand out is our Digital Academy, set up to develop the next generation of digital leaders. Through a 12-month training programme, we will help you understand how digital solutions solve business challenges, working closely with key partners, including Google, Microsoft and Meta.
What we are looking for
An enthusiastic and hard-working individual with some experience in digital marketing. Or someone already working in Digital (PPC/Paid Social) but looking for more responsibility and the opportunity to be part of a team operating at the forefront of industry best practice.
Working within a team of talented individuals, your responsibilities will focus on planning, delivering and proactively managing Paid campaigns that achieve our clients’ marketing objectives, as everything we do is about measurable results.
You need to be:
Experienced in Digital Marketing.
Analytical, performance-orientated with a problem-solving mindset.
Computer literate.
