Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting our client to recruit for an experienced PA/Events Manager to join their team and support a busy Director.
This exciting new position will be key in supporting the Managing Directors and be an integral part of the team. Working alongside the current EA, you will be assisting with a variety of duties, both personal and business support, including events management. You will have experience ideally in both areas to be considered for interview.
This company offer hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home although this does depend on the MD's requirements so can change week to week. Initially you will be in the office full-time.
Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work some weekends occasionally as attending functions will be a must.
Duties will include;
- Assisting with diary management for MDs/Executives
- Organising events, overseeing venues, staff and marketing for these
- Organising meetings and sending out invites
- Organising travel and drivers for the MDs
- Booking hotels
- Regular posting on social media inc podcasts, blogs and updates
- Liaising with key stakeholders and external bodies
- Writing content for letters, invitations, documents and social media posts
- Admin tasks as directed by the EA
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Data entry on internal systems
You will ideally have some experience of working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate how you would be able to organise and bring value to the business.
