Dental Receptionist
You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. A Dental Receptionist must be friendly, professional, and enthusiastic! If you have a passion for healthcare and are willing to work hard, then we want to hear from you!
What you will do:
- Greets patients and visitors; directs them to the appropriate personnel and or department.
- Checks patient/visitor in; assists with registration process.
- Schedules patient appointments; confirms appointments.
- Collects patient payments; enters payments into patient’s accounts.
- Escalates customer complaints to appropriate personnel or contact the proper person as needed.
- Maintains accurate patient records by collecting and recording data.
- Prepare and present treatment plans.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 3+ years experience as dental receptionist. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others.
Office Hours: M/T/W/F/Sat ~9AM-5PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
