Job Summary
Spinaclean home of SkyVac are currently looking for a part time receptionist to join our expanding team, Spinaclean is seeking an individual who will be able to work as an individual and as a team member. The individual may also be required to assist others where needed when important deadlines are to be met.
This position is part time, permanent. 20 Hours per week – Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm.
This is office based in Northampton.
You are the first-person staff and visitors see. Therefore, you must be of very smart appearance and professional at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls and accurately transfer
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Ensure all sales and marketing material is presented to a high standard
- Follow company procedure when taking telephone or visitor enquiries, capturing all relevant details
- Input and retrieve information for the company enquiry management system as required
- Providing general administration and office support
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Salary: £13,000.00 per year
