Job description
Job responsibilities
- Deliver program management services across a range of responsibilities, including strategy, execution, business planning and performance monitoring
- Communicate business strategy, performance and priorities to key stakeholders
- Deliver high quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions
- Work on Tableau / Alteryx / AI / Share point projects to support business needs
- Partner with Finance and Business Management functions to provide business inputs and messaging around Business performance & Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders & Drive key initiatives and people agenda
- Closely work with the leads to drive non-Financial KPIs and MI that aid business decisions; conduct analysis to identify trends and themes
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner & Create project charters and presentations and present it to the senior management
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Leadership and delivery focus: Confident individual possessing a strength of personality and intellect to gain the respect of demanding business leads and senior partners and ability to influence outcomes and get the best from people, even where no direct line management responsibility exists
- Excellent working experience in the SOTF tools (Share point / Tableau / Alteryx / AI, UI Path, Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.) and good in making presentations & storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting-style, unstructured environment, Excellent written and verbal communication, supported by strong PowerPoint skills
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate junctures
- Thoughtful, informed and appropriately opinionated, taking responsibility for issues and resolutions
- Effective communicator, having the attention to detail and ability to assimilate fragmented facts into detailed statements and a coherent story
- Ability to assimilate broad-ranging information quickly and able to distil it into key points to formulate a 'story' and action plan for Senior Management
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Financial Services background essential along with result based experience demonstrating strategic and analytical thinking along with Previous experience of team development and management
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, Self-starter and ability to learn quickly and prioritize work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls, Proficient in Microsoft Office and in the SOTF tools
- Track record of working in a changing environment with the experience of learning, documenting and implementing new processes efficiently; and e xperience of communicating (oral and written) to management, clients and colleagues
