As Microsoft Partner and leading Google partner, we have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic person looking to forge a prosperous IT support career by joining our Operation Team as a 1st line technician. You will ideally be looking to progress your IT career by learning new technology and providing technical support for a variety of market-leading solutions provided by Google and Microsoft.

This is a varied IT support role working in a rewarding environment that requires the building of strong relationships with our customers and colleagues. If you're a person with broad technical and problem-solving skills, have initiative, are a great communicator with a proactive attitude, and ultimately get a real buzz out of going the extra mile for customers, this is the role for you.

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

  • At least 2 years’ experience providing 1st line support
  • Experience using an ITIL service desk for logging and updating support tickets
  • Experience in support and maintenance of Windows Server, including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience of supporting client devices (Windows, Apple and ChromeOS)
  • Experience in network infrastructure (LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi).
  • Experience in troubleshooting software/hardware problems
  • Experience of managing Cloud Platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Experience in troubleshooting general software/hardware problems

Key Desirable Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
