The Position

As Receptionist, you’ll be the charming, confident face behind the reception desk — the first point of contact between guests and the hotel. Working alongside our front desk management team, you will deal with any and all guest requests, be responsible for welcoming guests during check-in and offering a fond farewell on departure, and ensuring that special guest instructions are planned for, communicated and carried out. You will also be responsible for escorting our guests to their rooms and offering a rooming familiarisation to ensure they feel at home whilst staying at the hotel.

You will possess a clear, considerate telephone manner, a good head for numbers, exceptional organisation skills and IT conversance. Naturally you will bring with you excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player, working to deliver the best experience for guests as a collective. In turn, you be given the support to develop your skills and career with us.
