Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Stockport (hybrid working)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 8am – 7pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9am – 1pm
Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their medical insurance
- Helping customers and providing excellent customer service to get their queries answered
- Assisting customers right from diagnosis through to their treatment plan
- Listen to and help customers
- Work quickly and efficiently, while treating every customer with maximum care and sensitivity
