Working within a growing Talent Development department, your role will be to support growth and skill development across a diverse group of businesses by delivering existing training courses and leadership training programmes.
This position would suit a candidate with recent team leadership experience and a desire to develop others. They will have a dynamic, positive, and engaging personality and will be able to foster successful relationships with stakeholders throughout our organisation due to their credibility and positive attitude toward their role.
Help deliver engaging front line, aspiring leader, and first line leadership training across various departments and businesses in the UK and abroad.
- Help with the administration and management of our LMS (learning management system)
- Undertakes other reasonable responsibilities and projects as directed by their line manager
Skills
- Extensive experience in developing training materials
- Previous experience of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Excellent training delivery skills
- Team leadership experience
- Training delivery experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organised with excellent time management abilities.
- A positive attitude toward problem solving and the ability to collaborate.
- A flexible approach to varying tasks, with a desire to deliver excellent results overall.
- Plan and prepare for learning sessions
- Identify training curriculum and learning objectives as required and work with the key stakeholders and external subject matter experts.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £30.00-£40.00 per hour
