Spa Receptionist Supervisor .

RENA SPA ,Leonardo Hotel , St Paul is a full-service, luxury spa and fitness center . We are seeking a dynamic Spa Supevisor Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone who is a great team player with a can-do attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team training and coaching of new and existing spa receptionists.
• Ensuring the team are briefed on the days issues to ensure a smooth-running shift.
• Service recovery with guests where issues arise.
• Assisting with membership admin and enquiries.
• Be involved with the management and all day-to-day reception duties.
• Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running reception desk at all times,dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently and ensuring this is carried out through your team.
• Provide first class customer service.
• Be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
• You will be a good motivator, and have strong management and leadership skills, ensuring your high standards filter throughout your team.
• To regularly update and monitor booking and appointment system to ensure maximum productivity and elimination of mistakes which could cause inconvenience and dissatisfaction to both clients and therapists.

About You:

• The successful individual will be confident, self-motivated and will present a professional persona in all circumstances.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Spa or Frontline environment
• Current First Aid Certificate(highly preferred, but not necessary)
• Is computer literate and has experience with automated spa booking systems, ideally Opera or Premier spa.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Have the ability to multitask between guest service and supervising the team
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
