Job Title: Junior Content Creator/Video Editor
Location: Ingatestone, Essex (flexible working available)
Salary: £18000-24000 per anum
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-5pm
Reports into: Head of Marketing
About You
Are you a visionary creative looking to bring brands to life through your content creation and editing at a rapidly growing digital marketing agency?
Then this could be the role for you!
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller to develop their skills in dynamic video editing and motion design. As a creator and editor, your day-to-day job would involve supporting the wider marketing team in the making and producing of organic and paid video assets for clients in a range of sectors and across multiple platforms.
From TikTok and Instagram to LinkedIn, you’ll have the creative freedom to produce reactive social content for our exciting B2C and B2B social accounts. This will involve having a passion for social media, a desire to come up with new ideas, the ability to jump on popular trends as well as the motivational, organisational, and technical know-how to bring these to life.
You'll work closely with AVO’s Social and Content team and Head of Marketing to map out and execute creative concepts for our breadth of clients.
You’ll have experience with the Adobe creative suite and ideally will have had formal training, with strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
As an individual, you’d describe yourself as a social-obsessed storyteller and ambitious learner, who is willing to take on new challenges, push creative boundaries, work efficiently, and be a team player with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the wider team to deliver the look and feel for video content
- Edit social-first video content designed to perform well, across a number of formats and social media platforms
- Asset creation for organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok including social in-feed posts, stories, reels
- Working with our junior graphic designer on collaborative projects
Role requirements:
- Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to execute client briefs
- Creative problem solver who remains calm under pressure
- Creative streak with passion for and knowledge of social media
- Six-months experience in professional content creation/video editing role would be ideal
