Responsibilities:Provides a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients, families, visitors, and staff. Carries out all administrative/clerical activities required to maintain continuity and organizational support across sites.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling/rescheduling.
- Answer/transfer calls and voicemails appropriately, greet patients/families/guests/staff in a customer-friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting space for patients and guests.
- Review and obtain appropriate forms and identification for patient appointments.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence including email, mail, and faxes.
- Collect copays due at time of check-in.
- Process Release of Information forms.
- Assist patients by troubleshooting for any telehealth appointment issues.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are appropriately addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist with admissions process by contacting families and preparing materials.
- Responsible for completing inventory as needed.
- General administrative/clerical duties to support program, such as: data entry and scanning, responding to requestes, updating calendars for providers, and other tasks as needed.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare support preferred
- Must have excellent customer services skills.
- Ability to processes charts and related documents with concrete variables in standardized situations and apply problem solving techniques to those situations that go beyond this scope
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
