Job Description Summary
Operate as a specialist in setting up, maintaining and closing investment funds and accounts to support the insurance business coordinating with both internal stakeholders and strategic third party partners exercise effective controls throughout to ensure accuracy at all times.

What you'll be doing...
Coordinate new fund launches, fund changes and fund changes across multiple internal SME's and external strategic partners ensuring service level targets are met.
Initiate and complete pre-investment set up work to enable investment into new assets including Transfer Agent accounts and national market registrations in accordance with applicable requirements.
Provide SME support to projects and critical initiatives in accordance with required timelines offering solutions and guidance on area's of responsibility.
Lead data control of Scottish Widows investment funds on both internal Fund Database used as the 'Golden Source' for all relevant static data and external platforms used by customers.
Perform or support reconciliation of a number of strategic partner data records including asset custodians, investment managers and platform providers to internal sources ensuring the completeness of investment data and consistency across all parties involved.
Instruct and control regular data updates for availability of investment assets available to trade by customers and ensure core metrics are periodically updated in a controlled and accurate manner, including adding and/or removing assets and restricting trading.
