A day in the life of…
As Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and training
Based in thePortrush Atlantic Hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock but sharing the work load within the team. The front office team at the Portrush Atlantic hotel are very friendly and welcoming and are looking forward to welcoming you to the team. Although experience in the Hotel industry would be amazing it is not necessary as full training will be given
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards, knowledge of the local area would be an asset and some computer knowledge would be benifical, however full training will be given.edge of the local area would be
