An exciting opportunity has arisen, due to continued growth of an international client in the renewable energy sector. I am currently recruiting for a proven Administration Assistant for a permanent, site-based staff role. Ideally suited to someone living in or within a reasonable commute to Central London. The successful candidate would report into the Branch Director.
The Role:
- To support the Branch Director in all administration functions.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering telephone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors.
- Liaising with multiple departments within the business.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients, or suppliers via email, over the telephone or in person
- Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers, and departments
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
- 2 year's experience as an Administration Assistant or similar. Experience of working for a large-scale contractor would be beneficial.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Use of other software packages would be useful.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to organise, schedule and adapt work tasks to meet deadlines and respond to changing situations.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy.
