Receptionist
Right now we are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our new Stafford Fulfilment Centre
The Role:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and effective customer service to visitors arriving at our Stafford Fulfilment Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, providing face to face and remote information and signposting
- Book in, amend and cancel all meeting room requests and preparing meeting rooms in line with SFC procedures ensuring optimum efficiency
- Ensure that all correspondence (emails and letters) are responded to and/or redirected accordingly
- Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are redirected accordingly
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Receive, sort and distribute daily post and deliveries
- Order stationary, printer cartridges, and other consumables for the office and ensure an accurate inventory of stock
- Provide administration support to the SFC
- Ensure the reception area are kept neat and tidy
- Maintain and update SFC JAM page, Facebook groups with Pets at Home Group and local communications
- Supporting with the induction preparation for new colleagues joining the SFC, including facilities orders, printing interview/onboarding packs and preparing paperwork, communication with the relevant departments on attendance lists.
- Organising and despatching uniform to new and existing colleagues, maintain uniform database and tracking system & liaise with uniform suppliers on orders and invoices
- Manage and upkeep of colleagues registers applications for car sharing
- Update signage live screens with communications from the SFC including new starter and birthday celebrations
