We are looking for a hard-working candidate to take on a customer facing role as receptionist/clinic administrator on a part time basis.
Candidates for this job role must have impeccable customer service, with the maturity to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds. You must be confident working with a computer and have experience in dealing with customers on all platforms including phone, email, and face to face. Working with a dynamic existing team, you will be expected to gain service and product knowledge and be enthusiastic to self-develop in your role.
You must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to think quickly to support doctors, clinicians, and patients. You will have an innate sense of wanting to go the extra mile for colleagues and patients alike.
Good IT skills are necessary, and a knowledge of Microsoft is preferable.
Part-time 12.5 hrs per week
(Monday 9.30am – 17.45pm & Thursday 9.00am – 14.00pm)

Experience:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role is required.
