We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic marketing team for the market leading translation technology provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, support the sales team and increase leads for the Trados Language Service Provider (LSP) translation market. They should have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be a team player, and exhibit excellent organisation skills with keen eye for detail. This position would suit a marketing all-rounder with hands-on campaign management experience and good knowledge of marketing systems.
- Manage lead generation activity for the LSP buying centre.
- Deliver a variety of marketing campaigns designed to meet buying centre revenue targets via digital channels e.g. email, webpages, social media and webinars.
- Create compelling messaging, positioning and marketing assets that resonate with the target audience and drive demand.
- Research and implement marketing activity for new revenue channels.
- Utilize a variety of marketing technologies as part of campaign design and delivery, including appropriate social media tactics.
- Copywriting - produce engaging and accurate copy for diverse marketing distributions.
- Report on campaign effectiveness and actively experiment to improve customer and prospect interaction with our campaigns.
- Research and build upon knowledge of the freelance translator market.
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders including associations, commercial leads, product marketing and creative services.
- Manage the LSP web content on trados.com, ensuring all web content is correct, relevant and up-to-date.
- Design and run webinars – including product demos and working with external hosts.
Essential attributes:
- Extensive marketing experience, ideally running multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience of managing demand generation campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good management, organization and planning skills.
- Be able to develop a proactive approach to problem solving and prioritisation.
- Technically competent and a fast learner.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
Advantageous but not essential:
- Experience of using marketing tools such as HubSpot, SalesForce and GoToMeeting
- Experience in web analytics.
