Job description
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients based in Great Yarmouth, who are currently recruiting a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors in main reception
- Answering, screening and appropriately directing incoming calls
- Monitoring email account and redirecting as required
- Receiving and distribution of daily post and incoming small deliveries
- Set up meeting facilities as and when required
- Ad hoc general administrative duties as required
Person Specifications:
- Professional attitude
- Previous experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisation skills, good time management and ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
Working Hours:
- 25-30 hours per week over 5 days
