Job description
The Golden Care Pathway is a fully registered company in England and Wales with a mission to provide compassionate and person-centred care to our clients and service users. Excellent client and service users care one of our establishment's primary focuses. We continuously invest in our personal development to enable us to provide safe and tailored care at all times. As an establishment, we demonstrate practical leadership qualities with the aptitude to conduct a complete patient assessment through the ability of excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. These skills establish a cooperative approach that holistically helps deliver a robust care pathway to meet a patient's needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate home care (domiciliary care) workers who will
work with our clients at their homes in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. As part of our team,
you will offer a range of services that enable our clients to live independently in the comfort of their
homes. You will provide personal care and hygiene, dressing, mobility needs, meal preparation,
medication assistance, social support, and companionship. You will be fully supported, providing
training and shadowing experience until you are comfortable with your placement.
These are standard care expectations of the job description with the work content and nature of the
post and its role for the Goldencare pathway. The core value of the Goldencare pathway is providing
holistic care at its best; no two people are the same. Therefore, it only details some aspects of the
job and broad headings to cover the role's primary responsibilities. It is implicit that the usual
associated routines & duties are included and that staff will work flexibly and undertake the
obligations required by the Goldencare pathway based on the client's care plan.
