Job description
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team and provide professional front of house receptionist and administrative services to the tenants of St Andrews Business Centre and the wider P&A Group of Companies.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering any queries and directing them appropriately.
- Complete all administrative duties, required for the efficient running of St Andrews Business Centre including the management of tenancy agreements, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete a range of administrative tasks for P&A Group as required by your line manager to meet the demands of the business.
- Operate the switchboards for both St Andrews and P&A Group, answering calls promptly, addressing queries and redirecting calls as appropriate according to required standards.
- Maintain accurate directories of tenants and P&A departmental personnel in order to efficiently direct queries.
- Maintain continuity of service by ensuring the reception desk is manned at all times and that information is accurately documented and handed over between changes in reception staff to maintain consistency of service.
- Collaborate with other members of the reception team to ensure that full-time reception cover is provided, being prepared to cover holidays and sickness when required.
- Receive and sort incoming post and prepare outgoing post for collection. Arrange couriers as required.

- £21,157.50 per annum
- Full time
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Requirements:
- Suitable numeracy and literacy skills (ideally GCSE English and Maths/Essential Skills Eqv.)
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively to meet multiple demands
- Previous administration experience
- Switchboard experience would be ideal
