We are a rapidly growing legal technology provider offering access to a unique range of products and services to legal professionals.
We believe in delivering an unrivalled customer experience and are looking for a Customer Success Administrator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be organised, with good communication skills in written and spoken English and have a friendly and polite telephone manner. Responsibilities will include;
General administration including processing inbound post
Processing and delivery of customer orders
Managing customer enquiries by email and telephone
Managing supplier queries and responses by email and telephone
Working closely with the account management to review orders and collecting customer feedback
The ideal candidate will be experienced using Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and a CRM such as Hubspot and would have experience working in the technology, legal or insurance sectors.
We are recruiting for a 1year fixed term, full-time, office based position working 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
