Job description
We have an opportunity that has become available for a professional, front of house Receptionist/Administrator to join a specialist consultancy on the outskirts of Sheffield (S9). This is a standalone position where you will be the first port of call for all visitors and site staff.
Duties will include the following:
· Answering the telephone
· Typing up of documents (minimum typing speed 50 wpm)
· Document control
· Dealing with visitors and servicing meetings
· Audio and copy typing
· Photocopying
· Filing and electronic filing
· Preparation of meeting minutes
· Updating electronic diaries
· Dealing with outgoing post
· Other general office duties, as required
· Generation of sales documentation
The role is offered on a full time basis, working 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 30 minutes for lunch. On site car parking. A salary commensurate with level of experience, 19k+
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£210,000.00 per hour
