Your Responsibilities:
As Head Receptionist at our flagship centre, you will take ownership for the meet and greet service that is paramount to maintaining the incredible impression of our business. We are on the search for a self-starter who has a natural flare for interacting with people. Your responsibilities will include:
· Delivering a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests, maintaining the One Avenue brand
· Build connections with our clients, creating meaningful and beneficial relationships for One Avenue Group
· Ensuring our client’s needs are cared for above all else
· Take ownership of meeting room bookings, managing the diaries and ensuring adequate time for meeting room turnarounds
· All client email, phone and in-person requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
· Ordering couriers, receiving packages, and ensuring clients are aware of their arrived packages
· Maintaining reception standards and always looking for innovative ways to develop this aspect of One Avenue
This is a multi-faceted role, where business needs, objectives and demands continuously change, meaning you will be provided with the opportunity to gain a plethora of experience in all aspects of a business setting. You will have:
Knowledge and Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in receptionist or office administration work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to answer emails professionally
- Telephony experience
Behavioural Qualities
- Excellent English (both verbal and written)
- High standard of personal presentation
- Personable nature with natural people skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks appropriately
- Efficient time management skills
- Organisation skills
- Proactive in your approach
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively when needed
