ABOUT THE JOB
Role Purpose
To deliver profitable RSV, NS & MS growth and deliver excellent execution across the Digital Commerce channel for all product categories. Developing and nurturing key category contacts across the retailer business, as well as leading internal cross-functional teams to help create and deliver the company and account strategy on Digital Commerce
Role Focus
Retail Execution
- Managing our external media agency to execute the Digital Commerce media strategy across ASDA & Morrisons .com
- Implementing new growth opportunities and searching for growth online with ASDA & Morrisons .com
- Responsible for Digital Commerce execution of customer plans across ASDA & Morrisons digital platforms, onsite content for shopper conversion and activation analysis
- Monitoring and execution of PICOS and taxonomy improvements
- Performance Reporting across RSV, NS, MS & Participation Rate
- Relationship management of retail eCommerce teams
Customer Engagement
- Management of key external relationships to ensure maximum value delivered to Danone from investment
- Lead the building and execution of our customer specific plans for the Digital Commerce channel
- Working with eCommerce and the broader Danone ASDA & Morrisons team to uncover growth opportunities
- Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering category lead insight
- Media plan alignment with key stakeholders
- Online media invoice management
- Sharing and learning of best practice and insight with global teams
