Part-Time Receptionist
OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Receptionist.
Job Responsibilities include: The Receptionist will oversee all front desk duties and is expected to greet all employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner both in-person and over the phone. Additional duties include:
- Maintain accurate and complete sign in/out sheets for visitors
- Accept/deliver all incoming packages from couriers
- Order and stock office supplies
- Assist other departments (Leadership, HR, Security, etc) as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of facilities operations
- Experience/knowledge of accurate record-keeping
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Desired Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist
Required Education: Candidates must possess a High School diploma/GED to be eligible for this position.
