Position Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, refine and clarify requests for marketing, design or creative efforts prior to prioritizing the request within the Marketing Team.
- Support prioritization and project management of projects delivered through the Marketing Center of Excellence.
- Coordinate regular meetings to ensure accurate and timely deliverables from the Marketing Center of Excellence.
- Provide informed points of view on how to optimize various marketing efforts across ATD.
- Leverage relevant project management, creative and marketing tools.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with all internal teams and clients of the Marketing Center of Excellence.
- Support monitoring and report quarterly reconciliation of all marketing campaigns.
- Provide RAM feedback on creative performance and provide suggestions to help optimize campaign performance and better deliver on KPIs.
- Monitor and optimize campaign creative based on KPI performance.
- Assist with launch, communication and execution of Tire Pros' corporate creative/campaign needs.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and external vendors to develop compelling creative/content to improve ROI and drive more traffic to dealer's stores.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to effectively communicate and execute all local, regional, and national brand marketing campaigns
- Obtain approval for all new creative from both dealer and manufacturer.
- Develop content for dealer and corporate social channels.
- Assist in the development of content for dealer and corporate email campaigns.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
- 1+ years of marketing, communications or project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
