Job description
Occupational Summary:
- The Receptionist is the front-line representative for the dealership. They greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies and answers basic inquiries. They are also responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, varied weekday shifts from 9am-7pm & required every Saturday 9am-5pm
Qualifications:
- Professional personal appearance
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work comfortably with the public
- Ability to effectively communicate customers’ interests, concerns and requests to management and sales personnel.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate smart phone, tablet and PC.
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
