Job description
CupsDirect are recruiting for a full-time warehouse operative, the main work role is picking and packing customer orders. Alongside this job, your role will include assisting in the day to day running of the warehouse and the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
The work will involve manual lifting of large heavy boxes, which means that you will need to be physically fit to do this job, along with maintaining a Clean, Clear & Safe Warehouse which is essential for the company to be productive and is a vital daily role of all involved.
The Candidate.
The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a busy and productive workplace. You will be punctual and at ease of working under pressure and deadlines. Experience as a warehouse operative is not essential but advantageous, specific skill set and attributes is of more benefit to have the correct attitude at work.
The Candidate must be able to drive and have transport as the location is out of town and does not have a reliable public transport network to place of work.

Full Time Permanent Position, 3 Month Probation Period.
Monday to Friday, 9am till 4.30pm, 30 Minutes Unpaid Lunch, + 2 x 15 Minute Paid Breaks.
£11.00 p/h = £20020 per Annum.
Overtime Available when required.
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday’s Paid.

Job Requirements.
Picking, packing & order processing.
Use of internal WMS handhelds for order processing.
Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.
Stock replenishment.
General warehouse duties, specific roles allocated to be managed.
Help maintain the warehouse for optimum performance.
Assisting with inbound/outbound deliveries.
Devanning containers.
Palletising products and pallet wrapping for storage.
Physically fit.
Heavy lifting.
Self-Management.
Work in a safe manner and complies within the Company Health & Safety Policies.
Balanced and Confident.
