NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We are looking for a candidate with administrative skills and experience to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others. To act as the first point of contact for patients attending the Dialysis Day Assessment Unit and to portray the Service in the highest possible professional basis. To ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled. To assist the clinical and nursing team in the service and delivery of the patient care. Responsible for Administration tasks associated with the running of a busy reception area, computer literate, requires friendly confident manner for dealing with General Public. Experience in a patient-facing environment combined with IT skills would be advantageous.
The shift pattern for this posts is Monday-Friday 8am-12pm.
