Salary: upto £50,000 per annum pro rata.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (9-12 months).
Location: Homebased, with travel to London monthly.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will strategically drive forward and manage the Digital Engagement & Content (DE&C) team to ensure all Action for Children (AFC) Platforms and Content within the team's remit (website, social media, digital marketing & analytics) drives supporter engagement, lead generation and excellent ongoing supporter journeys.
You will make a difference by:
- Lead and manage a range of specialist digital engagement teams i.e., digital content, platform, marketing & analytics.
- Influence and support the development of AFC's digital maturity and manage or oversee the delivery of key workstreams.
- Lead and provide strategic direction for your team ensuring the provision of appropriate training and development to improve digital strategy.
- Play a key role within AFC's cross-functional teams to effectively build awareness, engage and influence supporters, generate leads, and drive income.
- Manage resource planning and coordinating of workplans within your team.
- Be responsible for our web and social channel strategy.
- Develop and implement online supporter journeys in tandem with the Mass Fundraising and Supporter Experience teams.
What are we looking for from you?
- Digital communications & marketing experience (to include driving brand awareness and lead generation drive revenues).
- Experience of line management and leadership for a team of 7-9 digital experts.
- Planning and delivering digital campaigns, achieving desired targets, and reporting on impact.
- Experience of platform strategy and management (web and social platforms).
- Experience of planning, delivery and analysis of digital marketing, editorial and content.
- Experience of project management, including senior stakeholder engagement and budget management.
