An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time receptionist/data inputter to join our team. This is initially a fixed term post with the potential to become a permanent post in the future.
The successful applicant will provide courteous and efficient administrative support to the Substance Misuse Service. Candidates should possess English Standard Grade/O’Grade or equivalent along with strong keyboards skills for regular use of computer systems including data input.
Previous reception experience with good typing skills together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential along with data entry experience. The post would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy department.
