Job description
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct them accordingly.
- Provide administrative and clerical support – including scheduling meetings, doing research, and creating reports.
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Manage inventory of various office supplies and ordering as required.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
High School diploma- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the sales or media fields
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
