GBR Technology are a well-established distributor and manufacturer of oils and greases and related fluids. We have been trading for 37 years with roots that go back much further. Our business is enjoying a period of growth.
The sectors we operate in include industrial vacuum, aerospace, defence, automotive, food, metal manufacture, chemical and other industries. We also have a growing manufacturing business supplying products into the sports turf industry.
We have a vacancy for an Office Support, Procurement and Customer Service Administrator to work 25 hours per week over five days (5 hour days – on Monday to Fridays). Working hours are from 9.30am till 2.30pm. This is a permanent position. This is mostly an office based role with duties including stock monitoring, raising purchase orders, order processing, invoicing and a range of other administrative and support functions.
The role is based at our office and warehouse on Easter Park, Silchester, near Reading.
Candidates should be organised, highly motivated, have good numeracy skills, be accurate with attention to detail and good at interacting with customers by phone.
