Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, this position plays an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, vendors, and customers.
What You’ll Do:
Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate departments and take messages when necessary.- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide callers with company information including address, directions, fax numbers, and website.
- Manage incoming mail, including sorting and forwarding, and handles publications.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services and prepare labels for outgoing mail.
- Assist in office supply management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution.
- Perform clerical tasks like photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)- 3+ years of relevant experience and/or training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential and complex situations with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing a minimum speed of 50 words per minute

Compensation:
Salary range between $18.00 - $20.00 hourly.
