Key Responsibilities
- Daily portfolio management for HH operations
-Deliver a proactive and accurate data service for internal and external stakeholders to defined targets and timescales
-Undertake meaningful analysis and provision of data which supports key operational and strategic business decisions
-Interrogate systems and resolve queries, contributing to the delivery of current contracts and targets
-Liaise with end supplier to deliver data as per Industry regulations
-Review data flow and raise issues accordingly within the EA structure
-Proactively provide reports to identify key issue and/or exceptions. Manage these issues or exceptions to resolution, or escalate accordingly within the EA structure
-Work to proactively resolve queries first time wherever possible, through liaison with external and internal contacts where appropriate
-Updating systems in a timely and accurate manner, taking pride in the quality of data input
-Take responsibility for Continuous Improvement and Innovation by understanding and escalating known replicated issues. Identify these issues and provide reporting and analysis as appropriate.
-Proactively look to improve efficiency and the customer journey by, for example, reducing the volume of exceptions.
Vacancy Requirements
Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interrogate systems and identify issues
- Advanced Excel required
- SQL database skills preferred
- Attention to detail, and a pride in providing accurate and timely data
- Strong problem solving and issue resolution ability
- Previous Industry experience an advantage
- Ability to take responsibility for own work in a high volume and often pressurised environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
