As a growing law firm, we are now seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
Working from our London offices we are now looking for a Receptionist to join our busy team. This position is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
You will be highly organised with a great telephone manner, you will also be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and dealing with people in a calm and professional approach.
Some of your responsibilities for this role are below:
The Role:
Taking initial calls and passing along messages to relevant staff members
- Dealing with all office post and distributing to the relevant teams
- Managing office meeting rooms and booking them when required for members of staff
- Ordering stationary when required
- Collection and dropping of internal legal documents when required (DX Post)
- Drop off outgoing post to local post office
- Organise log in’s for new starters
- General administration duties as required by the business

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to handle a busy reception desk
