Toddler Class Assistant - Tumble Tots Blackrod, England
Job description
We have a vacancy for a Tumble Tots Class Assistant to join our fantastic team starting in September.
Working term time only :
- Tuesdays in Blackrod, Bolton (9.30 - 2 pm)
Other hours maybe available
The candidate should be;
- Fun, enthusiastic and physically fit
- 18 years old plus
- Have excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children would be helpful but not essential
- Reliable
The role is to support and assist the Leader during the sessions and to contribute as a team member.
Duties:
- Assist with the unloading/loading of the equipment from the Tumble Tots van
- Assist with the safe setting up of equipment as directed
- Ensure that both children and parents are having fun and participate fully in a safe and challenging environment
- Support the Leader during circle time by ensuring the music is on cue and stickers, birthday cards etc are ready
- Join in the action songs and rhymes
- Support and encourage Tumble Tots on the equipment in a safe and challenging environment
- Any other support duties as requested by the Leader or franchisee.
The job requires an enthusiastic person who enjoys working as part of a small team and has a positive attitude and pro-active approach.
The role is subject to a DBS check.
