We are seeking a Full Time Head Receptionist to join our friendly dental practice in our Broad St Plaza Practice in Halifax. The practice is a flagship practice in the area, at the cutting edge of Dentistry. This role is leading the dynamic reception team and offers excellent prospects of development and growth. This role will include Saturday and Sunday work.

Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:

You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Your role will include:

• Supporting patient choice and providing information about products and services
• Conducting system reviews to identify and action issues e.g. missed appointments
• Using the appointment booking system and managing diaries
• Money management, including transmitting electronic claims daily
• Updating and protecting patient information,

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
• Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Ability to use IT and operate computer-based systems
• Strong organisational skills; caring and compassionate
