Management Accountant duties -

Once the basics of the business are understood, you will quickly become the company Management Accountant.

Assisting the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all month end reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and wider business. This will involve preparing the working papers, accruals, prepayments, all other month end journals and preparing ongoing financial info to aid in company decision making.

Our objective is to attract and retain the best recruiters in the industry. Therefore, you will need the skills to survive and excel in this is fast paced, dynamic sales environment. Are you a dynamic individual used to dealing with people, as well as the attention to detail to report accurately and in a timely manner?

Due to the nature of the business - there is particular emphasis on accurate commission and payroll calculations. They are constantly changing due to a requirement to attract and retain the best talent and based on changing sales performance.

You will not be responsible for processing payroll, but you will be expected to oversee the payroll process completing your checks and preparing all payroll working papers and journals that result.

The business has grown from 3 – 110 people in 4 years, and with a new hire rate of 10 people per month the business will be 200 – 250 people by the close of 2023.
