Job description
The Receptionist is the first person a customer sees and talks to when arriving at the soft play centre. You have to be presentable and polite, be a good listener, have communication skills and be able to provide the correct information when asked.
Some of the duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Maintaining security for the building making sure gates are closed and making sure no one enters or leaves the building without the receptionists being aware
- Taking customer's details and payments through our till systems
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the customer's needs
- Taking Party bookings
- Communicating centre rule and safety
- Carrying out admin duties
- keeping the centre clean and tidy
- Helping colleagues where needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16/40 per week
Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
