Receptionist

We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our amazing Front of House Team.
As a Receptionist you will play a vital part in ensuring that guests receive the warmest five star welcome and that they feel looked after from arrival to departure. Working as part of a small reception team you will be professional, courteous and welcoming. You will be responsible for the arrival and departure of each guest and must ensure prior to arrival that all arrangements have been completed. The Receptionist role will involve cash handling and credit card transactions as well as taking reservations and answering guest queries face-to-face and by telephone. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop and to gain invaluable customer service skills in a varied five star environment.
What we are looking for:
Enthusiasm, dedication and the ability to work in a team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in Front of House or a Customer Service based role beneficial
IT skills and experience with hotel software is desirable but not essential
