St Bartholomew’s Court Nursing Home is looking for Care Assistants.
All applicants should have experience of working within a nursing home environment or working with the elderly however full training will be provided for those who apply with the right qualities to be a care assistant.
**Please remember it is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working with vulnerable adults, children or both to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that group**

As a Care Assistant you will be caring for Residents and Patients and help deliver quality care that is person led.
Key Responsibilities
To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents and patients using a person led approach.
To observe and promote the residents and patients choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights
To create and maintain good professional relationships with residents and patients, their family and friends and other stakeholders
To actively support other Care Workers
To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations following the homes policies, procedures and guidelines at all times
To display a positive and professional attitude
To follow and promote the homes values
