Les Rocquettes Hotel are looking to recruit a confident and friendly experienced hotel receptionist. The position is full time and there is live in accommodation available if required.
Duties will include:
Answering telephone calls, taking reservations and amending bookings
Providing requested information
Offering great levels of customer service to ensure satisfactory experience
Advising on packages and offers for guests and non guests
General admin associated with day to day tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Previous hotel experience at least 2 years
Team player but able to work on own initiative
Organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise own workload
Good computer skills
Great telephone manner
Able to work shifts and weekends on a rota basis
A knowledge of French or German an advantage
